The Weebs Award was created in the memory of our beloved Weebs. A little
paralyzed kitten who began her life in a chicken coop but brought great joy to Carol, her rescuer, as well as all others
who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her tiny body housed a great spirit and strength. The award is given annually
to a resident of Southwestern Pennsylvania who has made a difference in the reduction of suffering of the feline population
of Southwestern Pennsylvania through his/her continuing commitment and concern for the feline community.

For her dedication to the pursuit of justice for the
thousands of cats who suffered and died at Tiger Ranch.
